Our cattle are raised on a 20 acre farm in Fulton with 24/7 access to pasture by ranchers who adhere to our high leave of standard for animal husbandry. They are always grass fed and finsihed. Click the link below if you are looking for more details on their diet!

Our roasting chickens are different from what one finds at the grocery store, we raise a slow growing breed that has less issues than the commercial breed of choice. We have a hard time keeping these roasters in stock.

In 2020 grain prices rose 37% and we really didn’t want to raise our prices, so we started our stew hen program to make up the difference in our increased overhead. Plus, our stew hens provide a high-quality food product at an affordable rate.
